Public Site
This site explains GrimAI, PersonaOS™, and the Realtor Assistant workspace package. It collects only the information needed to operate the site and respond to inquiries.
Information You Choose To Send
If you contact GrimAI by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organization, contact details, and inquiry context. We use that information to respond to the request and manage the relationship you initiated.
Technical Data
Like most hosted websites, the site and its infrastructure may process basic technical information such as request time, browser or device metadata, IP address, referring page, and error logs. This information is used for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and operational troubleshooting.
Client Portal
Approved users may sign in to a private client portal. Portal sessions, usage state, and assistant conversations may be processed to provide the service, maintain security, and support the agency relationship.
No Sale Of Personal Information
GrimAI does not sell personal information collected through this site. We also do not use this site to run public behavioral advertising profiles.
Agency Workspaces
Workspace connections and team access are controlled by agency admins. GrimAI uses approved sources only for the assistant workflows the agency enables.
